Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- Products & Services refer to the items offered for sale on this website.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Website refers to Ultimate FinPlan, accessible from www.ultimatefinplan.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Refund Policy
We are engaged in offering Proprietary as well as Third-party Products & Services. The scope of this Refund Policy is limited to our own Proprietary Products & Services purchased by You on this website www.ultimatefinplan.com only. For any Products & Services purchased by You on the Third-Party / Partner / Affiliate websites, their respective Refund Policy shall be applicable.
The products & services available for purchase on our website are downloadable and fully-functional. Referring to the available Demo Software, Sample Report and other written material, You need to make sure that the products & services are functional on Your Computer (device) and meet Your needs before purchasing the same. After purchasing the products & services, the necessary license to make use of these products & services shall be activated and made available to You. Once the license is activated, NO REFUND will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for You to return Your registered version of our products & services.
Further, it is important to note than the products & services purchased by you would have Hardware Locking for License Key provided. Hence, the products & services shall be functional only on that device for which you have purchased the license. The license shall not be transferrable to any different device and you would need to purchase a new license so as to access our products & services on a different device.
Only in case of Exceptional Circumstances wherein it is proved by You that our products & services are non-functional on Your device, due to Your device not meeting the required system configuration then You may be entitled to a partial refund of 75% of the amount paid by You for purchasing our products & services. The balance 25% amount paid by You shall be retained by us to recover payment processing and administration expenses.
Acceptance of this Refund Policy
It is Your responsibility to familiarize Yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for our products & services, You are supposed to have read this refund policy, agreed with and fully accepted the terms of this refund policy. If You do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, please do not download & purchase our products & services.
